About Hero Magnetic:

Hero Magnetic Development Co., Ltd set up in 2007, engaged in production and sales of amorphous/nano-crystal/perm-alloy ribbon and Cores.

Hero Magnetic cooperated with Aona and set up Aona-Hero Brand and build two factory plant, Tianjin and XinYi,  It covers a total space of 50,000 square meters. There are totally about 500 employees with production capacity of 80 millions pieces nano-crystalline and amorphous cores, 3000 tons nano-crystlline and amorphous ribbon.  Our cores has been widely applied in Current Transformer, Common Mode Chokes, Voltage Transformer, Power Transformers, and Inductors, involved in various industries, including:New Energy Vehicle,  Home Electro-Appliances, Computer systems, Switch Power Supplies, Auto-Acoustics, High/Low Voltage Distributing Systems, Communication Networks, etc.

We have 15 QC staff performing checks at multiple stage of production, every cores will be 100% tested before inventory. With our highly-precision testing machines, detail-oriented technicians, we have achieved a product qualification rate of 99.7 percent.
